Why do we collect this data?
We may use your data for the following purposes:
To provide and operate our services;
To develop, adapt, and improve our services;
To respond to your feedback, requests and wishes and offer help;
To analyze usage and service request patterns;
For other internal, statistical, and research purposes;

To personalize your experience and tailor advertising to you.
To whom do we disclose this data?
We may disclose your data to our service providers in order to operate our services (e.g. data storage via third-party hosting services, technical support, etc.).
We may also disclose your data under the following circumstances: (i) to investigate, prevent or take action against illegal activities or other misconduct; (ii) to establish, exercise or defend our rights; (iii) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of our users or the public; (iv) in the event of a change of control at our company or one of our affiliated companies (by way of merger, acquisition, or purchase of substantially all assets); (v) to outsource data management and/or storage to authorized third-party providers (e.g. cloud service providers) as is reasonably necessary for business purposes; (vi) to work together with third-party providers to improve your user experience. How do we protect the data?
The hosting service for our digital assets provides us with the online platform where we can offer you our services. Your data may be stored through data storage, databases and general applications of our hosting provider. It stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall and it provides a secure HTTPS access to most areas of it’s services.
All payment options offered by us and our hosting provider for our digital assets comply with the regulations of the PCI-DSS (data security standard of the credit card industry) of the PCI Security Standards Council (Council for the security standards of the credit card industry). This is cooperation of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure the safe handling of credit card data (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) by our shop and service providers.
Despite the measures and efforts taken by us and our hosting provider, we cannot and will not guarantee absolute protection and absolute security of the data that you upload, publish or otherwise transmit to us or others.
For this reason, we ask you to set secure passwords and not to transmit confidential information to us or others if the disclosure of such information would significantly and/or sustainably harm you in your opinion. As e-mails, instant messages and other electronic means of communication are not always secure, we ask you not to use them to send sensitive information, unless the appropriate security measures (encryption, authentication) are used.
Policy regarding minors

Some data collection (including data collected through cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies) may happen automatically. If we knowingly collect, use or disclose data from a child, we will notify and obtain parental consent in accordance with applicable law. We will not make a child's participation in an online activity dependent on the child providing more contact information than is reasonably necessary for the activity. We will only use the data we have collected from the child in connection with the services the child has requested.
We may also use a parent's contact information to communicate about the child's activities in our services. Parents may review the data we have collected from their child, prohibit us from further collecting data from their child and request that we delete any data that we have collected from their child.
