Yilmaz was fed up with being overweight and out of shape. From day one, he worked incredibly hard to improve his lifestyle and habits. As you can see his efforts paid off. He managed to pull off an incredible transformation, while building a ton of strength in the process.

Nina was one of my first clients. Her main goal was to “become strong as f*k”, and she didn’t mind putting on some muscle and getting leaner while she was at it... I think she did a pretty awesome job. Besides getting way stronger on all the big barbell lifts, she was repping out strict push ups and bodyweight pull ups in the end, while achieving a badass body transformation to top it off.

Sascha is one of the most motivated people I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and well… his results speak for themselves. He had already been training for some years, but had never done a proper, dedicated weight gaining phase. With the assistance of a caloric surplus we added over 8.5 kgs (~19 lbs) of which 6+ kgs lean mass to his frame in just a few months - pretty wild, especially considering his prior experience.

When she came to me, she still felt unhappy with herself and really wanted to improve her relationship with food, with her body and with herself. After our time together she moved forward with a healthier mindset towards food and a great foundation of training habits, and took her results to a whole new level. From first to last weigh-in she lost over 23 kgs (~50 lbs) of body weight - awesome job, Julia!

Mathias had trained for a long time without really seeing the results he wanted. He was around 20% body fat when we started, so we decided do a cut first and then slowly add weight back to his frame. The change from first to last check-in was a body recomposition of +4.5 kg (~10 lbs) muscle mass and about -4% body fat. So his body weight is actually nearly identical in both pictures. I got the idea to take progress pictures only after a few months of coaching, so in his “before” picture, he had already packed on a few kgs of muscle. But you can still see the difference, especially in his legs.
